The social engine described below has been retired. This legacy guide is kept for reference only. The live system is the BrandedClaws Social Gateway — connect accounts from Social Syndicator → Accounts & Channels (official app buttons + “Login Session” for every network). See Dashboard → Learning & Help → Social for the current walkthrough.

Module 1: Social Channel Authorization & Account Linking

Link individual or company social accounts securely using OAuth single-sign-on protocol.

  1. Navigate to Social Syndicator → Accounts & Channels.
  2. Select your target network (Facebook Page, Instagram Business, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon).
  3. Authorize BrandedClaws on the platform's official OAuth screen. (For Bluesky, enter your handle and App Password).
  4. Your channel will appear in your roster as Connected with automatic token refresh.
  5. Facebook: connecting imports every business Page you manage as its own separate channel. Pair this with Brand Sentinel's per-site Delivery Accounts pin (Brand Monocle tab) so each website you manage posts only to its own Page.
💡 Platform Administrators: To configure API keys and OAuth apps for each network, visit the Superadmin Developer Setup Manual and Social Media OAuth Studio.

Advanced: Connect with your own app keys (power users)

Most users never need this — by default you connect through BrandedClaws' platform apps. Creating your own free developer app is for two cases: you want your accounts linked under your own brand, or you publish heavily on a network with small shared limits (X/Twitter's free tier, for example, caps everyone posting through one app together — your own app gives you your own quota).

  1. Go to Social Syndicator → Accounts & Channels and click Official App on the platform's card.
  2. Copy the Redirect URI shown at the top of the window — the developer portal will ask for exactly this.
  3. Create your free developer app on the platform's portal (the window shows the exact steps per network — Facebook, Instagram and Threads use developers.facebook.com; X uses developer.x.com; LinkedIn, Reddit and Pinterest have their own consoles) and paste the Redirect URI into the app's redirect settings.
  4. Copy the app's Client ID and Client Secret from the portal into the window and click Save app keys.
  5. Click Connect now — the platform's own consent screen opens and your account links under your app.

💡 Your keys are stored encrypted and take priority for your workspace only. Removing them falls back to the platform app automatically — nothing breaks.

💡 Example (X/Twitter): one shared free app caps every user's posts together. With your own app, your posting quota is yours alone.

Module 2: AI Copywriting & 8K Visual Media Generation

Generate high-converting social media copy tailored per network alongside photorealistic Flux 8K visuals.

  • AI Copywriting: Select AI Specialist Copywriter to format short, engaging text for X/Twitter, professional multi-paragraph articles for LinkedIn, and hashtag-rich captions for Instagram.
  • 8K Image Generation: Use the built-in Flux engine under Media Studio to generate custom branded graphics and product visuals automatically attached to your post.

Module 3: Visual Content Calendar & Post Scheduling

Organize multi-channel content drops on an interactive calendar with drag-and-drop rescheduling.

  1. Navigate to Social Syndicator → Studio & Calendar.
  2. Select destination social channels, paste or generate content, attach media, and pick publishing time.
  3. Switch to Calendar View to inspect weekly/monthly posting density.
  4. Drag and drop post cards across calendar slots to quickly reschedule upcoming content drops.

Module 4: Engagement Analytics & Performance Reports

Monitor impressions, reach, engagement rates, click-through rates, and audience follower growth across all linked channels.

Open Social Syndicator → Analytics for real numbers from your publishing history: published vs failed per platform, a 14-day activity chart and account health — no vanity metrics.
